How much does a cleaning cost?
Pricing is flat rate rather than hourly and is based on your home size and service type. Published starting prices are $185 for 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, $225 for 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, $265 for 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and $335 for 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Deep cleans, move in and move out, and post construction jobs are priced separately based on scope, and you can contact MagiCleanMaid for a free quote.
Are your cleaners background checked and insured?
Yes. Every cleaner is background checked, bonded, insured and thoroughly trained. Cleaners are also reference checked and interviewed in person before joining the team.
What if I am not satisfied with the cleaning?
MagiCleanMaid offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If something was missed or was not up to your expectations, contact the team within 24 hours and they will return and re-clean at no charge.
Do you offer recurring cleaning plans?
Yes. Weekly, bi-weekly and monthly plans are available, and recurring service plans save 5%. No contracts are required, and recurring clients receive the same background checked professionals each time whenever possible.
Can I book a same day cleaning?
MagiCleanMaid recommends booking at least 48 hours in advance to secure your preferred time. Last minute same day and next day requests may be accommodated depending on availability, and calling by 10am can often get your San Diego home cleaned that same afternoon.
Do you clean offices and commercial spaces?
Yes. Commercial cleaning covers offices, retail stores, warehouses, non-sterile medical offices, restaurants, schools and daycare centers. Flexible scheduling is offered to minimize disruption, including evening and overnight service, and daily, weekly, bi-weekly and monthly plans are available.
