The company started with two cleaning technicians and no clients and now runs a team of 30 professional house cleaners, all W-2 employees rather than independent contractors, who are trained, supervised, insured, bonded, and cleared through a national background check. Services include recurring weekly, biweekly, and monthly maid service, deep cleaning, move in and move out cleaning, and office cleaning, using Betco Green Earth products that are EPA Safer Choice certified. Quotes are based on square footage, bedroom and bathroom count, the home's current condition, and service type, and can be given over the phone in about five minutes with tax included and no hidden fees. There are no contracts and no minimum number of cleanings, and every cleaning is backed by a written guarantee with a 24-hour window to call for a free re-clean. How is pricing determined?
Love My Maids quotes based on square footage, the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, the home's current condition, and the type of service. A quote can be given over the phone in about five minutes, so no in-home estimate is required, and the quoted price includes tax with no hidden fees or surprise charges.
What is included in a recurring cleaning?
Recurring cleanings cover kitchen countertops, sink, stovetop, appliance exteriors, and floors; bathroom toilet, tub or shower, vanity, mirror, and floor; dusting of surfaces, furniture, ceiling fans, blinds, baseboards, and window sills in bedrooms and living areas; and vacuuming and mopping of all floors. Blinds are dusted rather than washed.
How is a deep cleaning different?
A deep cleaning adds hand-washed baseboards, detailed ceiling fan blades, light fixtures, cabinet fronts, door frames, window sills, and switch plates. Cleaning inside appliances is available for an additional charge, and the inside of cabinets and drawers is not included.
Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?
No. Love My Maids provides all products and equipment and uses Betco Green Earth products, which are EPA Safer Choice certified. If you prefer your own products, the team can use them on request.
Are your cleaners employees and are they screened?
Yes. Every cleaner is a W-2 employee rather than an independent contractor, and each is trained, supervised, insured, bonded, and has passed a national background check. The company carries $1 million in general liability insurance, and over 50% of the cleaning staff have been with the company for two or more years.
Am I locked into a contract?
No. There are no contracts and no minimum number of cleanings, and you can pause, skip, or cancel at any time. The company asks for 48 hours' notice, and cancellations inside that window may incur a fee if the slot cannot be filled.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No. Most clients provide a key, garage code, or lockbox access. The cleaner secures the home when finished and you are notified once the cleaning is complete.
What if I am not happy with the cleaning?
Every cleaning is backed by a written guarantee. Call within 24 hours and the team returns to re-clean the problem areas at no charge. Some surfaces, such as hard water etching, stained grout, or permanent buildup, will be clean but may not look brand new.
