I had an excellent experience with Mr. Darnell. He cleaned out the drain pump on my front‑loading washer, which required removing the entire front housing since the pump isn’t accessible from the exterior. He handled the job professionally, worked carefully, and was very polite throughout the visit. He even took the extra step of installing a new dryer hose I already had. Overall, great service and attention to detail.
