Longmont Joint and Spine
Longmont Joint and Spine is a chiropractic clinic on Mountain View Avenue in Longmont, Colorado, established in 2016 with a mission to provide the highest quality musculoskeletal care at reasonable prices. Owner and clinic director Dr. Micheal Walker practices alongside Dr. Aaron Guzik, supported by an office manager, chiropractic assistants, and four licensed massage therapists. The doctors are proficient in manual techniques (Diversified and Gonstead), gentle instrument adjusting (Activator and Impulse), Cox flexion-distraction traction, and Thompson drop table work, and the clinic also offers massage therapy, dry needling, rehabilitation and sport-specific care, spinal decompression, cold laser, custom-fit orthotics, shockwave, and auto accident care. The practice does not use sales pitches or drawn out treatment timelines, aiming instead to provide significant relief as soon as physically possible. Longmont Joint and Spine is a preferred provider with Aetna, Cigna, Medicare, Anthem, and American Specialty Health, and Colorado's time of service discount brings each chiropractic visit after the $99 initial exam to no more than $60.

FAQs
How much does a chiropractic visit cost?
With Colorado's time of service discount, the initial exam and treatment is $99 and each chiropractic visit after that is no more than $60. Packages lower the rate further: 5 visits for $275 works out to $55 per visit, and 10 visits for $500 works out to $50 per visit.
Do you accept insurance?
Yes. Longmont Joint and Spine is a preferred provider with Aetna, Cigna, Medicare, Anthem, and American Specialty Health, and the team also works with patients paying out of pocket.
What payment methods do you accept?
The clinic accepts cash, check, credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and HSA/FSA cards.
Who will I see at the clinic?
Care is provided by Dr. Micheal Walker, the owner and clinic director and a Longmont resident since 2013, and by Dr. Aaron Guzik, who earned his bachelor's degree from CU Boulder and his Doctorate of Chiropractic from the University of Western States in Portland, Oregon.
What chiropractic techniques do you offer?
The doctors offer manual adjusting (Diversified and Gonstead), instrument adjusting (Activator and Impulse), Cox flexion-distraction traction on one of the clinic's two tables, and Thompson drop table work. Instrument techniques are the most gentle and are safe for children and those with bone density issues.
Can you help after a car accident?
Yes. Regardless of fault, the clinic can often get you the care you require at no cost to you. The team has worked with local attorneys and all major car insurance carriers for a decade.
Can I come in for a second opinion?
Yes. Patients seeking a second opinion are encouraged to call, and the clinic offers a complimentary x-ray, MRI, or CT review as part of the initial visit. If another practitioner is a better fit, the doctors will provide referrals and co-manage the case if needed.
What are your hours?
The clinic is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. It is closed on Sunday.
