Chiropractic adjustment
The site describes an adjustment as a gentle force introduced into the spine intended to release a vertebral segment from its abnormal motion or position, thereby reducing the vertebral subluxation. The doctor applies pressure to the bone and unlocks it from its improper position so the bone is free to align itself correctly. The site states the doctor evaluates each patient's unique combination of pains, health history and state of wellness and develops an individual course of care, so not all patients are adjusted the same way.

Therapeutic massage
Therapeutic massage, which the site describes as manipulation of the soft tissue structures of the body to prevent and alleviate pain, discomfort, muscle spasm and stress. The site states it also improves the functioning of the circulatory, lymphatic and nervous systems and may improve the rate at which the body recovers from injury and illness. The massage therapists use Swedish, deep tissue, injury, sports, prenatal, hot stone, cupping, myofascial release, cranial and lymphatic drainage methods. The site states massage therapy is offered six days a week.

Acupuncture
Acupuncture using very small solid needles placed in acupuncture points all over the body to produce a beneficial response. The site states relief can sometimes be seen with as little as one treatment but the real benefit comes from regular treatments, and that acupuncture helps balance and relax the body and maintain Qi and blood flow. Conditions listed include pain of joints or muscles, digestive issues, emotional imbalances and stress, reproductive complaints, addiction cessation, breathing difficulties, and both food and seasonal allergies. Acupuncture is provided by Lauren Smith, LAc., MSOM, Herbalist, MS.

Physical therapy
Physical therapy exercises the site states are designed to specifically meet patients' needs and help them get stronger and achieve a full recovery. The exercises help strengthen the joint, lessen the risk of re-injury and aid in the proper healing of the injured area.

Lifestyle & exercise counseling
Coaching on activities patients should avoid or do differently to avoid aggravating their particular health challenge. The site states the goal is to help every patient achieve a fulfilling and happy lifestyle full of the activities they enjoy most.
