Martinson Services is a commercial property maintenance company based on Welby Road in Thornton, Colorado, with a second address listed at 2100 W Radcliff Ave in Sheridan. The company describes itself as an exterior facility care provider for commercial properties, and its site says that for over 25 years Martinson has delivered a consistent standard of service through customized commercial snow removal plans. That expertise has since expanded into parking lot paving and maintenance and into landscape care, so a property manager can cover the full year with one provider. The landscape maintenance program includes mowing and trimming to an optimal cut height, edging to define the boundary between lawn, walkways and flower beds, spring and fall clean-ups that clear debris and leaves, tree and shrub pruning, fertilization and weed control, native field mowing, seasonal color programs, and complete irrigation repair and installation. On the snow side, the company runs what it calls a strategically managed fleet, with over 500 pieces of equipment including front-end loaders with high-capacity snow pushers, skid steers, plow trucks, salt spreaders, compact sidewalk plows and snow blowers, plus hand shoveling for detailed edge work around curbing, concrete edges, pavers and landscaping features. Every client gets a customized site plan covering snow stacking locations, trigger depths for plowing, priority clearing zones, traffic flow considerations, loading dock access requirements and ice management strategy, so property managers know how areas will be treated before the first snowflake falls. Deicing and anti-icing materials include rock salt and liquid brine, and the company states its deicers are made with non-corrosive chemicals. Asphalt and concrete work covers striping, sweeping, filling and patching, infrared patching that heats asphalt until it is workable before regrading for proper drainage, crack filling with seal coating applied as a protective topcoat, traffic sign repair and replacement, and a full line of concrete services including flat-work, curbing, retaining walls and stamping. Martinson Services works with commercial office parks, industrial facilities, retail centers, HOAs, healthcare campuses, municipal properties and multi-location portfolios throughout Colorado, and the site says the company is fully insured, documents all services performed, and offers both seasonal snow removal contracts and per-event service agreements. Free estimates are offered across the services.
