What landscaping services do you offer?
Lisa Creative Landscape offers a one stop landscape service that covers site survey, design, modification and construction. Project work includes soft landscaping such as flowers, shrubs, grasses and trees, hardscape such as bricks, concrete, stones and gravel, and wood customized outdoor furniture.
Do you charge for an estimate?
A basic estimate is free and takes 1 to 2 days. Full design plans are priced separately, with the Standard Fast Design starting at $210 and the Premium Luxury Design starting at $950, each including 3 designs and 3 rounds of modifications.
What happens to the design fee if I hire you for the construction?
If you hire the company to do the construction work, the design fee is waived and your design fee is credited toward the construction fee.
How does payment work for a construction project?
Construction is billed in two parts. A 70 percent installation and materials fee is due before construction, and the remaining 30 percent installation fee is due after installation.
Do you provide regular landscape maintenance?
No. The company does not provide regular maintenance at this time. After all construction work is finished, it leaves you written instructions on how to take care of your plants.
Can you build custom outdoor furniture?
Yes. The company provides wood customized outdoor furniture such as benches, pergolas and planters. You can design your own outdoor furniture and the team will make it.
