How long does an order take?
Our normal turnaround time is 7 to 10 days for items that are not personalized. Personalized items can take a little longer depending on the season.

Yes. Because everyone has a different idea of what quantity qualifies, just email or call us and we will send you a quote that fits your order.

What is your return policy?
All products are final sale due to the personalized nature of embroidered items. If we make a mistake on your order, contact us and we will take care of a replacement for you.
Can I change my order after placing it?
We will do everything possible to make necessary changes. However, once an order moves to production, we are unable to cancel it, change the original order, or add a rush fee.
