Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We are fully licensed to conduct moves throughout the nation and are licensed by the FMCSA for interstate moves under USDOT 4034369 and MC 1525045. We are also insured, and we can send a copy of our certificate of insurance on request.
What types of moves do you handle?
We handle all types of residential and commercial moves, including apartment moves, single-family homes, commercial and office relocations, and senior moves.
Do you offer same-day or weekend moves?
Yes, we offer both same-day and weekend moves based on availability. During peak season, which runs May through September and around the end of the month, we recommend booking 2 to 3 weeks in advance.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards. We do not accept cash, check, money orders, or bank transfers and ACH. Payment is due on-site as soon as the move is completed.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. A deposit reserves the resources required for your move and is applied as a credit toward your final invoice. The deposit is $100 or 10 percent of your estimate, whichever is greater, and it is not refundable in the case of cancellation or last-minute schedule changes.
Do you offer packing services?
Yes. We offer full packing services and will pack everything in your home. Packing services are billed hourly, our crew brings blankets and plastic wrap for your furniture, and TV boxes are provided free of charge.
What happens if something gets damaged during my move?
All moves include basic liability coverage at $0.60 per pound per article. Full Value Protection is available at additional cost - 1 percent of declared value with a $500 deductible, 1.25 percent with a $250 deductible, or 1.5 percent with a $0 deductible.
