We are North East Landscaping Services, a family-owned landscaping company based in Renton, Washington and led by founder Carlos Morales Sr. and the Morales family. What began as a father and son caring for local properties has grown into a full-service team serving homeowners, HOAs, and commercial clients across the Seattle metropolitan area and the Eastside.
We handle the full range of outdoor work, from landscape design and hardscaping to paver patios, walkways, driveways, and retaining walls. We also build decks and cedar, composite, and ornamental fences, install artificial turf and new sod lawns, design smart irrigation systems, and add outdoor lighting. For ongoing care, we offer lawn maintenance, seasonal cleanups, aeration and overseeding, and mulching. On the commercial side, we provide master-plan design, documented grounds maintenance programs, and snow and ice management for winter.
Every project is engineered for the Pacific Northwest climate, with attention to drainage and long-term performance. We back our work with a 24-Hour Estimate Promise, meaning you receive a detailed, itemized proposal within one business day of your visit, and our Green Truck Promise of professional crews, clean sites, and consistent results. Sod installations include a two-year workmanship warranty.
Whether you want a fresh design, a reliable maintenance schedule, or dependable commercial service, we bring the same hands-on approach that built our reputation. Estimates are free with no pressure and no obligation. We serve communities including Seattle, Bellevue, Kirkland, Redmond, Issaquah, Sammamish, and Mercer Island. Reach out and we will walk your property, listen to your goals, and put together a clear plan that fits your space and budget.
