Owners Bob and Carol Doak run professional cleaning teams made up of a leader plus two to three additional cleaners, and a consistent leader is assigned to a home wherever possible so the crew learns a household's specific preferences. Residential visits cover bathrooms, kitchens, carpet vacuuming, tile floors, furniture dusting and polishing, cabinets, baseboards, ceiling fans and bed changes. Commercial and janitorial work is scheduled during business hours with 3 to 4 person teams, so offices, restaurants, medical buildings, dealerships, retail stores, churches, banks, salons and spas do not have to provide night access. Crews arrive in a company marked vehicle and uniform with their own equipment and supplies, they are trained, supervised, insured and bonded, and all supplies and chemicals used are eco-friendly, nontoxic and non-caustic.
