Are you licensed, bonded, and insured?
Yes. Keep It Clean With Raylene is licensed with the City of Philadelphia, and the cleaning team is uniformed, bonded, and insured. Certificates are provided as required. Our employees are not subcontractors, so we carry Workman's Compensation.
What areas do you serve?
The office is located in the Port Richmond section of Philadelphia, and the team provides house cleaning and office cleaning services throughout North and South Philadelphia.
Do I need to supply anything?
We ask that a toilet brush, vacuum, dust pan, and broom be on site. Keep It Clean With Raylene, Inc. provides all other cleaning products and equipment. If you prefer we use your own products, leave them out with instructions on how to use them. If you do not have one of those four items, special arrangements can be made.
Do I need to be home for the cleaning?
For the first cleaning it is nice to meet your service providers and build a rapport with them. If you cannot be there, you may leave a key in a safe place or make other arrangements for us to gain entry into your home.
How and when do I pay for my cleaning service?
For residential cleaning, payment is due at the time of service. The price is given to you at completion, or if you need to leave, the supervisor will estimate the payment you should leave.
Do you have a cancellation policy?
Yes. Last minute cancellations carry a $50.00 cancellation fee. With at least two business days of notice we can usually fill the opening. If we cannot get into your home on the day of service, you will be charged half of your cleaning service fee. Unusual circumstances are always taken into consideration.
What is the difference between a maintenance cleaning and a deep cleaning?
Regular or maintenance cleaning is designed for routine upkeep week by week. Deep cleaning is much more thorough and targets grime, buildup, and neglected areas, and it often serves as a starting point for new clients.
Will I always have the same team come to my home?
We make every effort to send the same team, though unforeseen circumstances can change the schedule or group for that day. We will always make sure there is at least one service provider on the job who is familiar with your home.
