Do you really answer the phone at night?
Yes. A person answers (404) 824-3777 every hour of every day, including holidays. You will not get a voicemail or a callback queue during an emergency.
How much more does an after-hours call cost?
There is a modest after-hours fee for overnight and holiday work. It is folded into the quote given to you before dispatching, so the number you hear on the phone is the number you pay.
Do you charge a separate service call or trip fee?
No. The price quoted on the phone includes the trip out, with no separate dispatch or service call fee added at arrival. Larger installations may have a trip fee that is applied toward the cost of the job.
Are estimates free?
For jobs J&M Locksmith can price on the phone, such as lockouts, rekeying and key duplication, the estimate is free. Quotes are given on the phone before dispatch and the quote is honored.
How fast can you get to me in an emergency?
From the Brookhaven base, Buckhead, Brookhaven and Chamblee are usually 10 to 15 minutes. Atlanta and inner suburbs run 15 to 20 minutes. Outer cities take longer and you are given a real window when you call.
Can you open my door without damaging the lock?
