Integrity Dental
Integrity Dental is a general and cosmetic dental practice at 1100 Eagleridge Blvd in Pueblo, Colorado, owned and operated by Dr. Jeremy Thomas and Dr. Andrew W. Comerci. The office covers everyday care such as check ups, cleanings, hygiene visits, gum health, oral cancer screening, fillings, crowns, bridge work, and dentures, along with oral surgery including tooth extraction, endodontics, root canals, tongue and lip tie treatment, and sedation dentistry. Cosmetic and restorative options run from veneers, whitening, smile makeovers, Invisalign, and Botox through dental implants, implant restoration, full arch implants, and Teeth in a Day. Dr. Comerci added sleep dentistry to the practice, and Dr. John Ordahl provides in-house orthodontics so patients get a one-stop dental experience. The doctors say their combined skill sets mean they need only refer patients to outside specialists on rare occasions. Dr. Thomas designed and built the current Eagleridge office with state-of-the-art equipment, and the practice grew into a 12-patient-room facility. Integrity Dental accepts most insurance plans, offers CareCredit financing, and runs the Integrity Dental Savings Plan for patients without dental insurance. Appointment times are available for new patients.

FAQs
Are you accepting new patients?
Yes. Integrity Dental has appointment times available for new patients. The practice notes that the American Dental Association recommends seeing your dentist at least twice a year for dental exams, and asks that you call the office to schedule.
What dental services do you offer?
Integrity Dental covers general and family dentistry including check ups, cleanings, hygiene, gum health, oral cancer screening, fillings, crowns, bridge work, and dentures. The office also handles oral surgery such as extractions, endodontics, root canals, tongue and lip ties, and sedation dentistry, plus cosmetic and restorative work including veneers, whitening, smile makeovers, Invisalign, Botox, implants, full arch implants, and Teeth in a Day.
Do you take dental insurance?
Integrity Dental accepts most insurance plans. The practice explains that accepting a plan and being in-network with it are different things. If the office is not in-network with your insurance, your plan still contributes toward the cost, but prices may be slightly higher because out-of-network fees are not pre-negotiated. The team explains all costs and insurance details before treatment is provided.
What if I do not have dental insurance?
The Integrity Dental Savings Plan is built for patients without insurance. It has no maximums, no deductibles, and transparent pricing, and it comes in two tiers so patients can choose based on their oral needs. Call the office at (719) 545-2468 with questions about the plan.
How can I pay for treatment?
Integrity Dental offers CareCredit, a lending service designed to help patients manage dental bills, though it requires an application and not everyone is approved. The office frequently offers a discount for patients who pay in full with cash. That discount is not universally applied and may not be available on smaller procedures, but for larger investments such as multi-phase treatment plans it can reach up to 5 percent. Specific discounts are also offered to veterans, firefighters, and police officers.
Do you handle dental emergencies?
Yes. Integrity Dental treats dental emergencies, which the practice describes as significant pain or swelling, infections, denture sores, and similar urgent problems. Treatment can involve cleaning, antibiotics, extraction, or root canals, and the goal is to relieve pain and address the underlying cause. Swelling around the neck that could obstruct the airway is an emergency room matter rather than a dental office visit.
Do you offer orthodontics and Invisalign?
Yes. Orthodontics is provided in-house through the practice's collaboration with Dr. John Ordahl, and Invisalign is listed among the cosmetic services alongside veneers, whitening, smile makeovers, and Botox.
What are your hours?
The office is open Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM and is closed Saturday and Sunday. You can call (719) 545-2468 or use the appointment request form on the practice website.
