Upright Construction

We had an excellent experience working with this company for our new roof, siding, windows, and gutters. The entire process was smooth and stress-free, thanks to their knowledgeable and friendly team. They were attentive to our needs, answered all of our questions, and made sure we felt confident every step of the way. The finished work exceeded our expectations—everything looks clean, updated, and beautifully done. It’s clear they care about both quality and customer satisfaction. We would absolutely use them again and recommend them to anyone looking to improve their home.

Upright Construction replaced our roof and did excellent work start to finish. Great communication and a quality GAF Class 4 install. Highly recommend! I did not personally speak with anyone at Upright but my real estate agent did. They were to come out and fix a few things that were found in an inspection. Items were supposed to be completed on a certain date so the reinspection could be done. I received an email stating they would be out 4 days after the scheduled inspection to do repairs. I informed my agent and they ultimately came out to fix items on the date the inspection was to be done. They then drilled an approximate 3 to 4 in hole in a bedroom wall from the outside by accident. Had to come back out later to finish fixing. I went to the house the day of closing, I think a day after they were finished. The repair on the wall was not good in my opinion. There was insulation tracked all over the floor (which was brand new carpet) where someone had been in the attic and didn't clean up after themselves. The house was empty and cleaned before and ready for the new homeowner on day of closing.

We had the pleasure of working with Jim! He was extremely knowledgeable and responsive. We asked for his advice on the drip edge and he recommended the black drip edge to add more depth. We love how it turned out! His customer service is incredible! He was super flexible as well. I have included pictures below of the before and after of our roof. The differences are insane! I would highly recommend Jim and Upright Construction for all your home repair/replacement needs

They did a good job. They performed a great deal of electrical work. Glenn the electrician really knows his business and went above and beyond. The plumbers did a good job too. They explained that my bath drains just needed to be pushed to pop up.
