Great experience with STI Moving & Storage! The team worked fast even in scorching heat and never lost their professionalism. Before heading to drop off my furniture and items, they made sure to double-check everything was loaded so nothing got left behind. They also handle assembly and disassembly, which was actually one of the main reasons I chose them, and they delivered on it without a hitch. All the great reviews you see are legit. Quick, professional, competitively priced, and efficient from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Super excellent team of EXPERT movers! They were so efficient in moving our POD from the facility and into our new apartment. They wrapped everything, handled everything with such care, and even put together furniture for us!!! They were so kind and very fast as well. We would absolutely recommend to anyone wanting to move! Prices were very transparent and affordable too! :)

STI Movers Chicago handled my long distance move really well. The team was on time, worked carefully, and kept everything organized from start to finish. My items arrived safely without any issues. Pricing was clear with no surprises. Overall a smooth and reliable experience for a long distance move.

I checked out about 4 moving companies. STI was not the cheapest yet was the most thorough on their process and pricing. Asked me all the right questions and answered mine. Did not charge me extra for heavy furniture or having to move from a third floor apartment without an elevator. Some of my furniture had to be dismantled, yet was assured they would reassemble it. The crew was great! Worked very hard and efficiently. I had boxed up most of my things yet did have them pack some things for me. That was a relief 😅 I am so happy I went with them. They are true to their word when they say should anything go wrong, they’d do their best to correct it. Well I have an antique armoire that had to be disassembled. They built it back up. The next day when I opened one door, it fell off. They took ownership and had Thomas come out to fix it at no cost to me. Was not an easy job, yet he got it done. Thank you Thomas🥂. Wish I could name the three terrific crew members from the major move, but misplaced that information. Lastly, highly recommend this company for a job well done and their integrity. Thank you! Moving is very stressful yet they made it less so. Have to shout out to Ivanna who helped me through the whole process and was so responsive. It was mainly because of her that I decided to book your company. Don’t let her get away. 😆🤩

I’m a local Move Coordinator, and after speaking with STI, I chose to work with them because of their exceptional follow-up—and they absolutely delivered. From the salesperson to the movers, everyone was top-notch, professional, kind, and courteous, and worked very efficiently. A job estimated to take up to four hours was completed in just two. We will definitely be using them again!
