I can’t recommend G&R Heat and Air Conditioning highly enough. After another company recommended replacing my air conditioner with a new system that would have cost me around $7,000, I decided to get a second opinion. I’m so glad I did. The technicians at G&R were honest, knowledgeable, and took the time to thoroughly inspect my system instead of immediately trying to sell me a replacement. They quickly identified the actual issue, explained everything clearly, and repaired my existing unit for a fraction of the cost. It was obvious they were focused on doing what was best for me—not what was best for their bottom line. My experience with Edelman Heating and Air Conditioning was completely different. Based on my experience, I felt they were trying to sell me a brand-new AC system that I ultimately didn’t need. G&R’s honesty confirmed that getting a second opinion was the right decision. Finding a company you can truly trust is rare these days, and G&R has earned my business for life. The initial G&R tech was very informative and knowledgeable. He answered all our questiond ajd explained all the options well. The tech that came out to install our HVAC system was hard working and you could tell he wanted to get our system set up perfectly. We then had another tech come out to double inspect and make any adjustments. They are a thorough and professional. Recommend them highly!!!

I have had the pleasure of having Jake service my HVAC system for years and he is the absolute best! He is punctual, professional, intelligent, honest and he is the most knowledgeable HVAC technician I have ever met. Jake has helped me replace a furnace, he helped me getting mini splits installed, replaced my water heater and has done numerous repairs for me. He explains everything in a way that helps me understand what the issues are and is very detailed at explaining what my options are. Jake takes his time to thoroughly analyze the actual issues and then walks me through the solutions and how to prevent them in the future. He is the only tech that I will continue to use for any HVAC needs and I would HIGHLY recommend him for any work you need done when you call G&R Heating and Air! He also helped me with setting up my smart thermostat to a schedule for when I’m away at work! Jake is amazing and the guy you want to work on all your HVAC needs!

Adam came out to take a look at our AC and did an outstanding job from start to finish. He was professional, on time, and took the time to thoroughly diagnose the issue instead of rushing through it. He explained everything clearly, walked us through what was going on, and made sure we understood our options without any pressure. His knowledge and attention to detail really stood out, and it was obvious he takes pride in his work. On top of that, he was respectful of our home and easy to work with throughout the entire process. After going over everything, he provided a fair and transparent estimate. Based on the experience, we feel confident moving forward with the repairs and would highly recommend Adam to anyone needing AC service.
