What areas do you serve?
We serve the Peoria, Illinois area, including Peoria, Peoria Heights, Dunlap, Morton, Washington, Germantown Hills, Metamora, East Peoria, Chillicothe, Pekin and Glasford. What does pricing look like?

Is there a discount for new customers?
Yes. New customers who book by November 30, 2026 can use code WELCOME40 for $40 off the first clean.
What's the difference between a deep clean and a move-out clean?
A deep clean is everything in a standard clean plus baseboards, doors, fans, vents, blinds, window sills and shower detailing. A move-out clean adds the insides of empty cabinets, drawers, the fridge and the oven, and is meant for empty or nearly empty homes.
What if I'm not happy with a cleaning?
If something on our checklist was missed, tell us within 48 hours of the visit, a photo helps, and we will come back and re-clean those areas at no extra charge, usually within three business days. If a re-clean doesn't work for you, we credit the price of that visit instead.
Do I need to be home?
No. Most customers give us a door code, lockbox or key and leave the details in the booking notes. If we can't get in at the scheduled time, it counts as a late cancellation.
Do you offer same-day cleaning?
No. After you book, we confirm your first visit date by email within one business day, and if we can't schedule you within 10 days you get a full refund. For a move-out on a deadline, book as early as you can.
