Vehicles are worked on inside the company's own climate-controlled West Town studio, which holds multi-bay lifts, paint correction cleanrooms, color-matching body booths, and a stocked parts vault, with additional offices in River North, Goose Island, the South Loop, and Lakeview. Do you pick up and return my car?
Yes. Carrectly concierge drivers are vetted and insured, and they pass background and driving record checks. They collect your vehicle from your home, condo garage, or office. Pickup and return is complimentary with a confirmed service inside the standard Chicago service radius, typically 7 to 10 miles of the facility. Farther out the car is still collected, with an additional logistics fee based on distance. You can also drop the car off yourself and take $20 off.
What car services do you provide?

Where is the studio located?
The main service center is at 3069 W Grand Ave in West Town. There are additional offices at 222 W Merchandise Mart Plaza in River North, 939 W North Ave on Goose Island, 1449 S Michigan Ave in the South Loop, and 3047 N Lincoln Ave in Lakeview.
How do I know what the work will cost?
Quotes are provided upfront before work starts, free whenever possible and with no obligation. OEM and aftermarket parts options are laid out so you can choose. If additional repair costs come up during the service, they are sent to you for approval before the team proceeds.
When and how do I pay?
Payment is processed securely only after all repair and maintenance work is completed. You get an email receipt you can pay online, or the concierge can take cash or a credit card at drop-off through a Square reader.
Can I cancel or reschedule my appointment?
Yes. You can cancel or reschedule for free up to 24 hours before your pickup, with no fees or penalties. If a driver has already been dispatched, you pay only for their driving time, which the company states is rarely more than $30.
Do you service electric and luxury vehicles?
Yes. Carrectly provides specialized Tesla car services as well as maintenance for premium European and US brands including BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Porsche, Lexus, and Ford.
What if my car is not drivable?
Carrectly can arrange a towing truck to bring your vehicle to the main service center on West Grand Ave. Tell them where the car is located. Towing is quoted by distance within Chicago.
