Another outstanding experience with ICO Construction & Remodeling. After commissioning them to do a large remodel project a year ago with terrific results, we asked them to help us with a smaller half bath remodel that we had been pushing off for too long. As always, they were responsive and collaborative in the planning stage, helping us with tradeoffs decisions to fit within our target budget; and super efficient in execution with highest quality standards. Project finished on time, on cost (no surprises) and with high quality and craftsmanship. Communication is top notch throughout. Couldn’t be more pleased.

We recently hired ICO Construction to complete a major renovation project at my home, and we couldn't be happier with the results. The scope of the work included replacing the tile floor in the foyer and main hallway with an intricate marble design, completely remodeling the laundry room with all new custom cabinets, paint, flooring, countertops, and a custom dog bath, as well as replacing all the finishes in the powder bathroom including the flooring. From start to finish, both Ilia and Or were incredibly detailed and organized. Their bids were thorough, and they kept me informed every step of the way with a clear schedule and expectations. Despite the scale of the project, they did an excellent job of keeping the worksite as clean as possible, and all of their workers were polite, respectful, and professional. If they ever fell behind on the schedule, they were immediately communicative about how they could make up the time, and at no point did I feel they were trying to push me in a direction that was more beneficial for them than for me. As someone who has worked with a lot of contractors over the years, I can say with confidence that ICO is one of the best I've ever had the pleasure of working with. I'm thrilled with the final results of the renovation, and I would highly recommend Or and his team to anyone in need of a reliable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused general contractor. They truly exceeded my expectations, and I'm so proud to show off the exceptional work they did on our home.

ICO's Or & Ilia, along with their talented craftsmen, completed a master bathroom renovation in my 1927 Dallas M-Street house. We contacted ICO to discuss options for the renovation based on their BBB ratings, along with other customer reviews. The 30 year+ jacuzzi tub / shower was getting increasingly hard to navigate, the fixtures and cabinets were chipped and distressed, and there was little space for towels, bathroom toiletries, and other items. Or & Ilia prepared a detailed estimate including a list of items that we would need to purchase (fixtures, tile, lighting, other installation items, etc.). They were also very upfront that we would likely discover issues once construction started, which was the case in this older house. Communication throughout the project was very good. The craftsmen conducted their work in a skilled and professional manner, and their tile craftsman Allen was simply outstanding. The new bathroom is stunning. A custom walk-in shower was installed and tiled up to the high ceiling. The shower included a beautiful shower bench and wall niches for shower items. A new double sink vanity included more drawer space and a unique marble countertop, along with a matching linen cabinet and countertop. Issues came up as expected during the demolition, walls that were not straight, wiring that had to be relocated, insulation, the ceiling had to be trued-up, etc. Jobsite housekeeping in the connecting room required constant diligence. The large glass block bathroom window proved to be bowed out. Or ensured the glass contractor understood the challenges with the glass panel and made sure that we got a good fit to the glass block window. All the issues were worked through, and the final product is worth it. I would highly recommend this company for bathroom renovations. We contacted ICO construction to help us remodel 2 original bathrooms from 1970. We met with Sol And Ilia for a design consultation and estimation meeting, and within two weeks, we had renderings of exactly what our spaces would look like. Amazing!! We discussed our budget, and a very strict deadline date- (we have our first child arriving soon) Our project manager Or, truly respected our timeline and maintained constant communication. Or listened to our concerns, provided honest advice, notified us of unexpected costs via change orders, and made sure that any issues were remedied quickly. Very tidy job site, and they greatly respected our areas not being renovated. My wife and I are very happy to know we have someone who can do quality work, and that we trust. Amazing master bath transformation! We will 100% be returning to them for future help with our 56 year old home! Thank you all!

ICO Construction recently completed a renovation of my master bathroom - which dated back to the early 1980’s. Shower, tub, floors, tile, lighting, electrical, tile, fans/vents, painting and more. I give them my highest recommendation. Excellent communication, beginning with their response to my initial request for information and throughout the whole project. The project manager and even the owner were available to respond to questions seven days a week. At the end of every day they provided a progress report along with what to expect the following day. They made regular visits to my house to inspect the work in progress. Even after completion of the project they stayed in touch to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. All the workers were courteous and professional. Each day they carefully cleaned the work and adjacent areas. At the end of the project a housecleaning service thoroughly cleaned and touched up. It amazes me how other companies and individuals didn’t respond to my inquiries or ghosted me after promising to provide a quote. Importantly, ICO is local with brick and mortar offices in the metroplex. I would be leery of all those virtual companies who devote most of their resources to sales and marketing and then sub the work to random contractors.
