Termite work covers traditional liquid Termidor SC treatment, Advance Termite Bait Stations and a Termite Evaluation that comes with a written diagram of termite activity and conditions conducive to infestation. All field techs are Certified Applicators, the highest level of training certification possible in Texas, and the company is licensed by the Texas Department of Agriculture. A green pest control option uses boric acid and naturally derived pyrethrum whenever possible, and standard treatment is warrantied for 90 days.

Are your technicians licensed and certified?
Yes. Hunter Pest Control is licensed by the Texas Department of Agriculture, and all of its field techs are Certified Applicators, which is the highest level of training certification possible in Texas. The techs also attend continuing education seminars annually.
Is the treatment warrantied?
Standard treatment is warrantied for 90 days, and that warranty excludes spiders. Fire ant treatment carries a 30 day warranty after each treatment.
What pests do you treat?
The team treats roaches, rodents such as rats and mice, crickets, silverfish, spiders, structure-dwelling ants including sugar, pharaoh, Argentine, crazy and carpenter ants, fire ants, fleas, mosquitoes, wasps and termites. Bee situations may be referred to local beekeepers or treated with an aerosol spray.
Do you offer a green or low-impact option?
Yes. The green pest control program is designed to keep a treatment as safe and natural as possible, using boric acid and naturally derived pyrethrum whenever possible. Options include low-impact residential treatments with chemicals applied to the exterior only and interior monitoring using sticky traps, plus perimeter-only treatments and customized plans.
How often do I need service?
Service usually starts with a cleanout that treats the home inside and out, including the attic and garage, for general pests and provides a list of pest entry points. Quarterly service is then recommended but is not contractually required, since staying proactive throughout the year keeps small pest problems from becoming large infestations.
Do you handle termites?
Yes. Options include traditional liquid subterranean termite treatment with Termidor SC applied to the soil around the perimeter, installation of Advance Termite Bait Stations for monitoring and treatment, and a Termite Evaluation that includes a written diagram detailing termite activity observed and conditions conducive to termite infestation. The cost of the evaluation can be used as a down payment toward the cost of the treatment.
