Do you offer emergency or same-day dental care?
Yes. If you have a toothache, broken tooth, or dental injury, call the Centennial office at 303-694-6400. The team will do its best to see you as quickly as possible, and most days a few time slots are reserved for this specific reason, so ask about same-day availability.
What dental insurance do you take?
Holly Dental Associates is in-network with Delta Dental PPO and Premier, plus Aetna, Ameritas, Cigna, Guardian, Humana, MetLife, Principal, Sun Life, UnitedHealthcare, and United Concordia dental PPO plans. Most PPO plans can be used at the office, claims are filed for you, and you do not have to be in-network to be seen.
What if I do not have dental insurance?
You can join the in-house Friends & Family Discount Plan and save 20% on services at Holly Dental Associates. It costs $100 a year per individual or $300 a year for families of four or more, benefits start right away with no waiting periods, deductibles, annual limits, or claim forms, and dependents under 26 or with qualifying disabilities are covered. Specialist visits such as endodontists, oral surgeons, periodontists, orthodontists, and pediatric dentists are not included.
What payment methods do you accept?
The office accepts cash, personal checks, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover. Fees for procedures completed in a single visit are due in full at that appointment, and for procedures that require multiple visits you may pay half when treatment is started and the other half upon completion. CareCredit is also available with low or no-interest options for qualified patients.
What sedation options are available?
Holly Dental Associates offers nitrous oxide, also known as laughing gas, and oral sedation to help you feel relaxed during treatment. You are monitored the entire time, and sedation usually wears off quickly so you can get back to your day.
Do you treat children?
Yes. The practice welcomes children starting at age two and focuses on making each visit gentle and positive, with cleanings, exams, sealants, and fluoride to help kids build healthy habits.
