Login troubleshooting

Link expired or email missing? These fixes get you back into your dashboard.

Most login problems come down to one of three things. The link expired. The email went to the wrong folder. Or you typed a different email than the one on your listing. Here is how to fix each one.

Email links work once and expire after about an hour. If yours expired, request a new one at dashpages.io/login.

If you have a Gmail or Google Workspace address, use Continue with Google instead. There is no link to expire.

The email did not arrive

Give it a minute or two. If the email still has not shown up, try these steps.

  • Check your spam, junk, and promotions folders. Automated emails often land there.
  • Make sure you typed the same email address that is on your listing. A different address is not linked to it.
  • Request another link. Only the newest one works.
  • Add noreply@dashpages.io to your contacts so our emails reach your inbox.

Type the exact email address on your listing, then check that inbox and its spam folder.

It says my listing is already claimed

That usually means the listing is already linked to your email. You just need to sign in. Someone already listed my business has the steps.

Still cannot get in?

If Google and the email link both fail, contact us with your business name and the email you are using. We will sort it out. You can also review both methods in Signing in to DashPages.
