Do you offer free estimates?
In most cases we provide a quote or price range based on the information, descriptions, and images you provide. Free on-site estimates are not generally offered unless the expected project cost is over $2,000.
Do you charge a service call fee?
Yes. The service call fee is $90. It applies when a technician has to come out to diagnose a problem that cannot be assessed remotely from photos or descriptions.
How soon can I get an appointment?
Same day appointments are often available, and larger jobs can be scheduled for the following days. Regular hours are Monday to Friday and Saturday mornings, and service rates are 2X higher after 5 pm.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept checks, Zelle, Venmo, and credit or debit cards. A 3% processing fee is added to the total amount for card payments.
What brand of water heaters do you install?
We exclusively install Bradford White tank water heaters, chosen for their proven reliability, easy parts availability, and mechanical rather than electronic gas control valves.
What warranty comes with a new water heater?
Bradford White water heaters come with a 6 year standard warranty, and extended coverage of up to 10 years is available at additional cost.
Can I supply my own materials for the job?
You can provide your own materials, but we cannot take responsibility if the items are unsuitable, incompatible, or do not fit. Service call charges apply for our time, and extra fees may apply for sourcing the correct parts.
