What is Sentricon and how does it work?
Sentricon is a baiting system installed in the soil around your home that targets subterranean termites at the colony level rather than only treating where they have been spotted. Stations are placed around the structure and monitored over time. As Certified Sentricon Specialists, the team handles the installation, inspections, and ongoing maintenance of the system.
What products do you use around my home and pets?
Gray Pest Control uses EPA-registered products applied by licensed technicians strictly per label directions, and follows Integrated Pest Management to use the least intrusive effective approach. Your technician will review any label re-entry or precaution guidance with you before and after each service.
Do you offer a guarantee?
Yes. Gray Pest Control backs its work with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee, and on covered programs it will return and re-service your home if covered pests come back between scheduled visits. The Gray Basic plan does not include free re-services.
What plans are available and how often is service scheduled?
