Go To Auto Care is an independent, family-owned auto repair shop on Monterey Road in San Jose, run by two brothers who grew up in the auto industry. Since 2016 the shop has handled brake repair, lube and oil changes, preventive maintenance, engine diagnostics and repair, wheel alignments, tires, steering and suspension work, air conditioning and heating service, belts and hoses, cooling systems, batteries, starters and alternators, transmissions, and exhaust repair, plus fleet service for commercial trucks, vans, box trucks, rental cars, and municipal vehicles. It is a NAPA AutoCare Center with ASE-certified technicians on staff who undergo continuous training, and qualifying repairs are backed by the NAPA Peace of Mind Warranty for 24 months/24,000 miles nationwide. Customers can wait in a clean and comfortable waiting area with free coffee and Wi-Fi, use the night key drop, or shop tires from Cooper, Pirelli, and Toyo. The shop is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

What are your hours?
Go To Auto Care is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and closed Saturday and Sunday. If you cannot make it during business hours, you can leave your car overnight using the night key drop.

Yes. Go To Auto Care is a NAPA AutoCare Center with ASE-certified technicians on staff who undergo continuous training to maintain their certification and stay up to date on the best repair practices for your vehicle.
Is your work covered by a warranty?
Yes. As a NAPA AutoCare Center, the shop backs qualifying work through the NAPA Peace of Mind Warranty, which is valid for 24 months/24,000 miles nationwide. When you pay with a NAPA Credit Card, that warranty is automatically extended to 36 months/36,000 miles.

Yes. The commercial service division accommodates fleet vehicles of various applications, including service and delivery vans, commercial trucks, box trucks, rental cars, and municipal vehicles, and the shop is an authorized dealer of Enterprise, Element, and Fleetio Fleet Services.
