Sprinter Gurus

Had to leave town badly but still waited a week to be seen, agreed on price, then I sent email asking if he could go any lower on parts. I found out he nearly doubled them when I called around, and that’s when he called me & refused me service wasting a week of my time and 6 hours round trip drive time. Left me high and dry when all he had to say was “no”. Out of desperation I even offered to pay in full before service yet (I was already late leaving town) they still said no with no care

They were able to take care of my 3500 extended high-top sprinter van, with a perfect alignment and tire rotation

Best sprinter service in Georgia. They have a friendly and experienced staff. Sprinter gurus excellent sprinter reviews are well deserved. I’m very happy to use and recommend sprinter gurus. I first tried to use a mechanic shop called German auto solutions. They had a long wait for service. The wait was over a week. I use my sprinter for work and need services in a timely fashion. It turned out to be a good thing, because I discovered sprinter gurus:)! Try sprinter gurus for all your sprinter needs. Sprinter gurus performance made me very happy :)!

The service was poor. They give you an estimate of the repair price, but don't tell you what the problem is. The service was somewhat rude, and they force you to pay for the diagnosis without telling you what the diagnosis is. They tell you that parts need to be replaced to determine if that's the problem. They're just trying to guess what the problem is. I don't recommend this place.

Great shop for my Sprinter. My Revel had a couple of check engine lights pop up after a routine oil change. The guys stayed well past regular closing time to track it down and clear it. Definitely will take it back there for service.
