What areas do you service?
JSC Ltd. Co. services Atlanta and surrounding areas, covering both homes and offices.
Is there a warranty included with my service?
Yes. All projects are covered by a 90-day warranty, and extended service warranties are also offered. If you are not fully satisfied with the workmanship or craftsmanship provided at time of service, JSC will come out free of charge to correct any issues. Misuse of items serviced or installed is not covered.
Are you insured and bonded?
Yes. JSC Ltd. Co. states that it is 100% insured and bonded, and an extensive background check is performed on all Professionals.
What are your business hours?
Monday through Friday 9am to 6pm, Saturday 11am to 5pm, and closed Sunday.
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, Discover, AMEX, Apple Pay, Google Pay and CashApp are accepted, along with split payment options. Cash is not accepted.
Are parts and materials included in the price?
Yes. Pricing includes any materials needed to complete most projects. Boxed products are excluded because they include their own parts.
Is my card charged when I schedule?
No. You are not charged when scheduling a service. Your card is only charged when the job is completed, when a project deposit is required, or when an appointment is cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time.
What if I need to reschedule or cancel?
All changes must be made 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment, or you may incur a $65 cancellation or no-show fee.
