Front Range Plumbing Co., Inc. is a family owned and operated plumbing contractor that has served the Denver metro area since 1961, when James V. Hulbert started a plumbing company that he incorporated under the Front Range Plumbing name in 1973. Three generations of the family are now involved in the firm, which employs 18 people and has kept its offices, warehouse and retail area at its Northglenn property since 1982. The company is a full service plumbing contractor whose scope of work covers new commercial, design build and industrial plumbing projects along with custom residential work, plus repairs on existing commercial and residential installations. Service work includes repairing leaks, toilets, sinks, water pressure issues, gas lines, water heaters, water piping, sewer piping problems, kitchen remodeling and bathroom plumbing installations. The team also performs smoke tests on entire drain, waste and vent systems to find leaks, solve sewer gas issues and locate broken pipes, TV scopes sewer lines 2 inches and larger for commercial buildings, and runs its own fleet of equipment for underground plumbing excavation. Do you sell water heaters and plumbing parts?
Yes. The Northglenn office has a retail counter stocking pipe, fittings and repair parts. Bradford White water heaters are stocked, while AO Smith, Rheem, State and many others can be ordered, and tankless water heaters are also available. Water heaters carry a 1 year installation warranty on labor plus the manufacturer's warranty on the heater itself, which varies with each brand and model.
Do you handle drain cleaning or underground fire lines?
For drain cleaning, the company asks customers to call for a referral. It is licensed to repair or replace fire lines up to the first flange but is not currently scheduling that type of work.
