How long does a roof replacement take?
Most residential asphalt shingle roof replacement projects take one to two days. Tile restoration and replacement projects typically require four to seven working days, depending on the size and complexity of the roof.
Do you help with storm damage and insurance claims?
Yes. We provide storm damage repair for hail and wind damage, and we assist with insurance claims through a dedicated project manager who helps guide you through the process. We also offer complimentary photo reports that can help document your roof's condition before and after a storm.
What warranty do you offer?
We provide a 5-year workmanship warranty on all roof replacements, and select systems carry up to a 50-year material warranty and a 25-year workmanship warranty. Our workmanship warranty is transferable, so coverage can pass to a new owner if you sell your home during the warranty period. Extended warranties are also available.
