The company was started in Larkspur, Colorado, and more specifically Perry Park, by master plumber Rick Lutz, and current owner Darrin Lutz bought the business from his father in 2021. The team handles bathroom and kitchen plumbing, drain cleaning, sewer repair, water heater repair and replacement, residential boiler installation, repair and maintenance, water treatment including water softeners and well pressure tanks, leak repairs and pipe replacements, toilet repair and setup, and gas lines. Work is licensed under LIC # PC0000676, MP03000246 and backed by a 1 year warranty on workmanship. Free estimates are offered on small projects, and the office is open Monday through Friday from 8am to 4pm. Flush Plumbing does not currently offer after-hour or weekend service calls.
