Founder Julio Catano started the company in 2004 painting residential properties in Palm Beach County, and it was incorporated as Masterpiece Painting Contractors in 2007. It expanded into Martin County in 2013.

Yes. Masterpiece Painting Contractors, Inc. is licensed, certified, bonded and insured for residential and commercial unlimited painting, and is certified and insured in Palm Beach and Martin Counties. All team members are covered by workman's compensation insurance.
What warranty do you offer?
Home interior painting carries a two-year workmanship warranty and home exterior painting a five-year workmanship warranty, covering defects such as peeling, blistering and chipping. The warranty covers labor only and excludes paint and other materials. Claims submitted through the website are answered within 48 hours.
How long will my painting project take?
It depends on the size of the project, the weather and the coating being installed, but on average 1 to 4 days. For garage floor and deck coatings you can walk on the floor 24 hours after installation and drive on it 72 hours after.
Do you handle the prep work?
Yes. The team considers 80 percent of a professional paint job to be in the preparation, and the scope of the prep work is spelled out when your painting project is estimated.
Do I need to be home while you work?
No. Arrangements for access can be made before the installation, so you do not have to be home.
