The company today provides monthly lawn maintenance, landscaping, landscape design, sod installation and land beautification at both the residential and commercial level, including monthly maintenance for commercial properties. Monthly lawn maintenance is sold in three published tiers, priced at $250, $325 and $400 a month for small, medium and large lawns, with the lawn cut, edging, weeding, weed spray prevention and blowing all included. Landscaping and land beautification are quoted free by phone or by scheduling an appointment, and John oversees and works on all projects and lawn maintenance himself.
