All Health Chiropractic & Acupuncture Center has been providing wellness care in West Palm Beach since 1991 from an office at 1649 Forum Place. The practice is owned and operated by Dr. John Findlay, the first chiropractic physician to become board certified in Diagnosis in Palm Beach County, who was board certified in 2000 by the American Chiropractic Association Board of Chiropractic Internists and again in 2003 by its Board of Clinical Nutrition, placing him among a very small percentage of physicians who are double board certified. The clinic offers comprehensive health care under one roof, spanning chiropractic adjustment, nonsurgical spinal decompression for disc injuries in the neck and low back, acupuncture, neurological evaluation with EMG electrodiagnostic testing, neurofeedback therapy, vascular studies, physical therapy and rehab, medical massage from licensed massage therapists, clinical nutrition, individualized biochemical analysis and herbal medicine. Dr. Findlay has performed acupuncture in Florida since 1992 and is a graduate of the Spine Research Institute of San Diego, so auto collision and whiplash cases are a core part of the practice, and the clinic asks accident patients to call immediately because Florida law has stated since 2013 that an accident victim must be evaluated within fourteen days of the collision. Dr. Findlay is also a federally certified medical examiner with the Department of Transportation Federal Motor Carriers Safety Administration, and DOT physicals for CDL drivers are a service offered at the clinic.
