The shop describes itself as the largest independent European auto service center in Florida, and its ASE certified technicians work on brands including Audi, BMW, Bentley, Jaguar, Land Rover, Mercedes-Benz, MINI Cooper, Porsche, Rolls-Royce, Volkswagen and Volvo. Work ranges from routine maintenance such as oil changes, tires, filters and engine tune ups through brake repair, suspension, starters, alternators, batteries, water pumps, oil leaks, AC recharge, engine repair and transmission repair, plus pre purchase inspections and full detailing services. Repairs are backed by the Truly Committed Warranty, a 3 year or 36,000 mile nationwide limited warranty on new components and their installation, and the shop continually invests in up to date software and diagnostic equipment to provide dealer level service capabilities at a lower price than dealership service centers. Most repairs are completed the same day, free Uber rides are offered for pickup and dropoff, and the shop has WiFi, TV and a cappuccino bar. Aftermarket extended warranties are accepted and 0% interest financing is available.

Where are you located and what are your hours?
We are at 1681 N Military Trl, West Palm Beach, FL 33409, open Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM and closed Saturday and Sunday.
Is there a warranty on your repairs?
Yes. Our Truly Committed Warranty is a 3 year or 36,000 mile limited warranty on new components and their installation against defects in manufacturer workmanship and materials, and it covers you nationwide rather than only at our shop.
What if my car is still under factory warranty from the dealership?
We can save you money and time on all of the uncovered items such as regular maintenance, oil changes, brakes, tires and fluids. Federal law lets you decide where to service and maintain your vehicle while keeping full new car warranty coverage, and we follow all vehicle manufacturer factory specifications.
Do you offer loaner cars?
Since we are able to complete most repairs the same day, we focus on getting you back into your own car as quickly as possible. We offer free rides back and forth through our select business partnership with Uber, and for more extended stays we work with Enterprise to offer preferred discounted rates for daily and weekly rentals.
Do you accept extended warranties?
Yes. We work with all kinds of aftermarket extended warranties and have a lot of experience dealing with different types of policies to ensure proper coverage benefits.
Do you install customer supplied parts?
No. Due to warranty and liability reasons we must supply all parts needed to service or repair your car, because we stand behind our parts and labor for as long as 3 years.
Do you offer towing?
Yes. We partner with a local tow company to provide 24/7 roadside assistance or direct towing service to our location at professional discounted rates.
