Excellent experience from start to finish. The company transported my vehicle from Florida to New York safely and right on schedule. Communication was great throughout the entire process, and my point of contact, Vanesa Reyes, was amazing. She was professional, responsive, and made everything smooth and stress-free from beginning to end. The driver was also courteous and careful with my car, and everything arrived exactly as promised with no issues at all. They have some very talented drivers! First, I have to say that Vanessa in customer service is extremely professional and amazing. She took care of everything from A-to-Z. Great communicator and coordinator. Then comes Junior the driver; phenomenal as well. This guy is a professional. He was in constant communication, answered all of our questions and most important, made sure our vehicles were delivered all the way to Florida, safely. A much deserved five star rating!

How quickly can you ship my car?
We strive to get your vehicle loaded and moving within 1 to 7 days of booking, though we recommend at least two weeks' notice to be safe, especially during peak seasons. If your move is urgent, let us know when you enquire, as we can bump your shipment up the schedule for a rush fee.
Can I track my shipment?
Yes. You'll receive tracking updates at every stage of your car's journey, and once your vehicle is picked up we can put you in touch with the driver for direct updates. You're also welcome to place your own tracking device inside the vehicle.
