How do I book an appointment?

When should I arrive for my visit?
Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment time so the team can check your paperwork. If you need to fill out paperwork in the office instead of online, arrive 10 to 15 minutes early. Call the office if you are running late.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you are unable to make your appointment, let the office know at least 48 hours beforehand so the time slot can be offered to another patient.
Do you treat children and dental emergencies?
