NaturoClean uses eco-friendly, non-toxic products that are safe for children and pets, brings all products and equipment except garbage bags, and works with a professional, vetted team that is fully insured. There are no contracts, quotes can be handled by phone without an in-home visit, and the company is a proud partner of Cleaning For a Reason, which provides free home cleaning to patients battling cancer.

How do I get a quote from NaturoClean?
Fill out the request form on the NaturoClean website and the team will call you to go over the details and provide your quote, or call the office directly at (772) 618-1700. An in-home estimate is possible but not required, so the details, the quote, and the booking can all be handled by phone.
What is the difference between house cleaning and deep cleaning?
House cleaning is designed for ongoing maintenance of a home that is already in good condition. Deep cleaning is a more intensive service that removes built-up dirt, grease, and grime. If your home has buildup or has not been professionally cleaned in the past few months, NaturoClean recommends a deep cleaning first so ongoing house cleaning is easier to maintain.
What kind of cleaning products do you use?
NaturoClean uses eco-friendly, non-toxic products that are safe for your family and pets, with no harsh chemicals and no strong scents. The team brings all cleaning products and equipment needed for your home, and only asks that you provide garbage bags.
How much will my cleaning cost?
Every home is different, so pricing depends on factors such as size, condition, and the type of service. Initial cleanings are typically higher because they require more detailed work, while recurring services are lower since they are maintaining a home that has already been brought up to standard.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No, there are no contracts required. You are free to stop or make changes at any time. NaturoClean simply asks for at least 48 hours notice on a skipped or rescheduled appointment so a cancellation fee can be avoided.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
That is completely up to you. You are welcome to stay or to leave, whichever you are most comfortable with. The team just needs a way to access your home, such as a key or a door code.
How many cleaners will come to my home?
For recurring maintenance cleanings you will typically have one dedicated cleaner assigned to your home. For first-time, deep, and move-in / move-out cleanings, or for larger homes, NaturoClean sends a team so the job is completed efficiently.
How and when do I pay for my cleaning?
You receive an invoice with a secure link to pay online by credit card or bank transfer (ACH), and automatic payments can be set up. A 50 percent deposit is required to secure your first cleaning or a one-time service, and for recurring services payment is due on the day of your cleaning.
