What should I expect during my first visit?
You can expect a warm welcome, a thorough consultation, non-invasive nervous system scans, and a physical evaluation. You may also receive your first adjustment, followed by a custom care plan that is discussed at your next visit.
Do you accept insurance, and what are your payment options?
The practice does not work with commercial insurance due to their limitations on care. Cash, debit, credit cards, FSA, and HSA are accepted.
Is there a new client offer?
Yes. The regular exam is valued at $250 and is currently offered at $197, which includes the initial consultation, noninvasive nervous system scans, examination, and if clinically determined as needed, an adjustment. The offer is not available for Medicare Part B clients.
What qualifications do the chiropractors have?
Dr. Robert Kustarz graduated from Life University in 2015 with his Doctor of Chiropractic degree and also holds a Master's in Sport Health Science. Dr. Victoria Kustarz earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Life University in 2016. Both are Webster Technique certified and NetworkSpinal trained, and together they have 17 years of combined experience.
Is chiropractic care safe for children and pregnant women?
Yes. The chiropractors are trained in gentle, safe techniques tailored for children and pregnant women. Pregnancy care uses the Webster Technique, and pediatric care uses extremely light, precise pressure for children from newborn to age 18.
What techniques do you use?
Techniques are matched to each person's needs and stage of life, including Thompson, Toggle, Sacro Occipital Technique and Webster, alongside NetworkSpinal for those who prefer a gentler approach. Extremities such as the shoulders, elbows, wrists, hips, knees and ankles may also be adjusted when appropriate.

Hours are Monday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Tuesday 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, Wednesday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Thursday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The office is closed Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Same-day appointments can generally be accommodated once you are an established client.
