Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We are licensed and insured in Florida and we hold two state licenses: CGC #1537934 as a Certified General Contractor and CCC #1336954 as a Certified Roofing Contractor. Both numbers are public record, so you can look us up on the Florida DBPR. We are also a BBB Accredited Business.
Does a roof inspection cost anything?
No. The roof inspection is free, and it includes a free drone inspection. We assess your property and identify the best solutions for your needs, then walk you through materials, timelines and financing in writing with a firm price.
What is covered by your warranty?
There are two workmanship terms depending on the work. A full roof replacement carries 10 years on our labor and installation. A roof repair carries 1 year on the specific area we worked on. Materials carry limited lifetime manufacturer coverage where the manufacturer offers it, and we hand you the actual warranty document for your roof rather than a summary.
Do you handle permits and HOA approvals?
Yes, both, on every job. We pull the permits, submit the HOA package and schedule the inspections. You sign where you need to sign.
What is the $250,000 guarantee?
As a verified Contractor Directorii member, your project is backed by an independent $250,000 guarantee. It applies to repairs and replacements alike, and because it comes from a third party it does not depend on us still being in business. All of the protection goes in writing before work begins.
Do I have to pay for the whole project up front?
No. We offer in-house financing directly and we also work with outside lenders when their terms suit you better. Checking your options is a soft credit pull, deferred payment options are available, and you get a straight answer on your monthly number before work starts.

What are your hours, and what if my roof is leaking right now?
