The Miramar office is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. It is closed on Sunday.

How does billing and dental insurance work?
Best Smile states that it is not a contracted provider for any insurance plan, and that as a courtesy it will accept assignment of benefits in selected cases. All balances are due upon services rendered, and all co-payments and deductibles are due prior to treatment in order to reserve the appointment time. Dental insurance coverage is verified before any services are rendered, and pre-treatment estimates are sent for all basic and major services. An extended payment plan through Care Credit can be arranged. The practice also notes that appointments not cancelled at least 48 hours in advance are charged at the rate of a normal office visit, which it states as $75.00 every hour missed.
