No appointment is needed and no referral is required, so patients can walk in during clinic hours, and the clinic stays open until 7 p.m. on weekdays and until 5 p.m. on Saturdays for visits that fall outside a nine to five schedule. Pricing is self-pay and published openly. The clinic does not bill insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid, which removes referrals, preapprovals and claim paperwork from the process, and HSA and FSA debit cards are accepted for Wellness Plans, packages, promotions, and single visits, including eligible care for a spouse or dependents. A first visit is $29 and covers a comprehensive consultation, initial examination, and an adjustment if appropriate. Ongoing care is available as a $55 single visit, as 6, 10, or 20 visit packages, or as a monthly Wellness Plan with up to four visits a month. Do I need an appointment?
No. The Joint Chiropractic - Miramar is a walk-in clinic, so you can come in during posted hours with no appointment and no referral. If you claim the $29 New Patient Special you may book an appointment for your first visit, and every visit after that is walk-in.
What are the clinic hours?
Monday through Friday the clinic is open 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM and 2:45 PM to 7:00 PM, Saturday 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and it is closed on Sunday. New patients are asked to arrive at least an hour before the lunch closure or before closing so there is time for a full first visit.
How much does the first visit cost?
The New Patient Special is $29 and includes a comprehensive consultation, an initial examination, and an adjustment if appropriate. There is no commitment required afterward.
Do you accept insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid?
No. The clinic does not bill insurance, including Medicare and Medicaid. Care is self-pay, which means no referrals, approvals, or claim paperwork. HSA and FSA debit cards are accepted for Wellness Plans, packages, promotions, and single visits.
What does ongoing care cost?
A single visit is $55. Packages run $209 for 6 visits, $299 for 10 visits, and $499 for 20 visits, each expiring after 12 months. The Adult Wellness Plan is $89 a month for up to four visits, with additional visits at $20 each, billed monthly with a three-month commitment and cancellation anytime after that. A Youth Wellness Plan for patients under 18 is $49 a month.
How long will my visit take?
Plan on 45 minutes to an hour for a first visit, which allows time for new patient paperwork plus the consultation, exam, clinical assessment, and adjustment. Follow-up visits are usually five to 10 minutes.
