Pro Care Lawn and Pest
Pro Care Lawn and Pest is a lawn care and pest control company on Ramona Blvd in Jacksonville, serving Duval, Clay and St. Johns counties for homeowners and business owners. The company was founded in 2003 by Steve Underwood and Rick Davidson, is locally owned and family operated, and describes over 100 years of combined lawn care and pest control experience across its team. On the pest side the crew handles custom indoor and outdoor treatments for German and American cockroaches, indoor ants, fire ants, spiders, fleas, ticks, centipedes, earwigs, silverfish and wasps, hitting interior hot spots such as the kitchen, bathrooms and closets before treating doors, windows, roof soffit and other vulnerable exterior locations. Termite work covers inspections and prevention, bait stations with monitoring, liquid barrier termiticides and whole home protection plans, and monthly mosquito control treats the perimeter of a property. On the lawn side Pro Care runs an eight application per year program with visits every five to seven weeks, covering fertilization, weed control with pre emergent and post emergent herbicides, disease control, lawn insect control for chinch bugs, sod webworms and mole crickets, and aeration, plus shrub nutrition, shrub insect control and shrub disease control. Technicians start observing from the moment they pull up, inspect and treat what is active in the yard, then apply preventive treatments, and lawn technicians attend routine training on current lawn care products and methods. Estimates are free and there is no charge for a technician to come out and walk the property with you, so you can call (904) 288-8494 to schedule one.
