Earl W. Johnston Roofing
Earl W. Johnston Roofing, LLC is a family owned business at 5721 Dewey Street in Hollywood, Florida that has provided commercial and residential roofing to Hollywood and Ft. Lauderdale customers since 1986. The company describes itself as the full-service roofing contractor its neighbors depend on, handling repair, installation, maintenance and inspection on residential and commercial jobs across Broward County and the surrounding areas. Residential work covers shingle, tile, metal and flat or low-slope systems along with the Tag and Stick two-ply secondary water barrier, while the commercial side specializes in flat and low-slope roofing and TPO systems and follows a routine pattern of replacement or restoration, maintenance and repair. Maintenance work includes Roof-A-Cide roof cleaning, reflective coatings, preventative programs and repairs, and the team also documents storm damage and helps customers through the roof insurance claims process. Materials come from GAF and Entegra, and the company is GAF Master Elite certified, a status it says is held by less than 2 percent of roofers nationwide, which lets it offer the GAF Golden Pledge Limited Warranty. It is a certified roofing contractor with the State of Florida, holds company certifications from GAF and CertainTeed as well as Gaco Western and Roof-A-Cide, is an accredited business with the Better Business Bureau, won the 2017 Super Service Award from Angie's List and the 2016 GAF President's Club Award, and is a member of the Roofing Contractors Association of South Florida.
