Do I have to move anything myself?
No. The site says the crew handles all the lifting, loading and hauling and that you do not lift a finger. The area is left clean and tidy afterwards.
How does the booking process work?
There are four steps. You book online, by call or by text and pick a window that suits you, the crew arrives on time and gives you a firm upfront price after assessing the load, the team does the lifting and hauling, and the area is swept and left tidy. Payment is taken only when the job is complete.
