What are your office hours?
We are open Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. The office is closed Saturday and Sunday.

Do you accept dental insurance?
Yes. Our office accepts most major dental insurance plans, including Aetna, Aflac, Assurant SunLife, BCBS, Careington, Cigna, GEHA Connection, Guardian, Humana, MetLife, UCCI, UHC and Unum. If you do not see your plan listed, call us and we are happy to verify your coverage before you schedule.
What if my insurance is out of network?
Our office is in network with most major insurance companies, and even when we are out of network with a carrier our team works to help patients maximize their in network or out of network benefits so treatment fits their budget.
What if I do not have dental insurance?
Ask us about the VantageOne Dental Savings Plan. For one low annual fee it gives you savings on dental services such as exams and cleanings, with no deductible, no claims to file and no waiting period, and membership lasts 1 year from the day you subscribe.
How do I book an appointment?
Call our office or use our online scheduler. Once you book, we follow up to collect your comfort preferences and health history and to send insurance and payment paperwork in advance, so you get the most one-on-one time with your provider.
When should I arrive, and what if I need to cancel?
Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment time so we can check your paperwork. If you need to cancel, let us know at least 48 hours ahead so we can offer the time slot to another patient.
What should I do if I am in dental pain?
If you are experiencing dental problems or pain, please call our office immediately. We treat cracked teeth, oral trauma, tooth sensitivity and other emergency dental issues. For true medical emergencies, please call 911.
