Two Maids & A Mop
Two Maids & A Mop is a house cleaning company working out of NW 34th Blvd in Gainesville, and its site lists Gainesville, Alachua, High Springs, Newberry, Williston, Micanopy, Bradford and Hawthorne among the places it serves. Five cleaning packages are offered. Recurring cleaning sends a team of Personal House Cleaners that rotates between the Premium and Touch Up service packages, performing the tasks tied to each on every visit. One-time cleaning is described as the company's specialty and uses Design With Time so that a customer's priorities are handled in their order of importance. Move in and move out cleaning is aimed at easing the stress of a move, deep cleaning tackles the overlooked areas of a home, and apartment cleaning is tailored to apartments, condominiums and townhomes, which the company notes can get cluttered fast in households with kids or pets. Supplies are not the customer's problem. Two Maids Gainesville provides all the cleaning products and equipment needed for the job, whether it is a single deep clean or a recurring visit, and says there is not a standard cleaning product it does not supply. Customers who would rather the team used their own product can leave it on the kitchen counter and tell the office, provided it carries a store-bought label with warnings and ingredients. The cleaners themselves go through thorough training and background checks and are fully bonded and insured, and the company states it is fully licensed, bonded and insured so that on the job injuries are covered by the claim. Two Maids describes itself as a multi-award-winning cleaning company over 20 years in the making, trusted by more than 1,000 households a day nationwide, with over 100 locations across the country. Customers do not have to be at home during a cleaning and can leave a spare key for a lock box or share a garage or door code. After each visit a text message arrives within 24 hours inviting a rating, and anyone who is unhappy is asked to say so within 48 hours so a free re-clean can be scheduled. The website carries a price calculator and an online booking tool, and the local office answers on (352) 316-7277 for a free estimate.
