Champion Chiropractic
Champion Chiropractic is a chiropractic office on W. Sample Rd in Coral Springs that has been the area's trusted choice for injury care for over 20 years. Care is provided by Dr. Damian Fronzaglia, DC, a 1998 graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic and a Biology and Pre-Med graduate of Edinboro University of Pennsylvania, who brings more than 30 years of real-world experience in health, fitness and human performance to the practice. Patients know him simply as Dr. D. Before becoming a chiropractor he served as a physical training instructor in the U.S. Army, a chief fitness coach and a physical therapy aide, and he retired as a Major in the Pennsylvania Army National Guard. He is also a 9x World Champion Powerlifter with 23 world records and has coached multiple U.S. World Powerlifting Teams, which gives him firsthand insight into strength training, biomechanics and injury recovery. The office sees patients for lower back pain, neck pain, headaches and migraines, knee and shoulder pain, poor posture, herniated and bulging discs, sports-related injuries and injuries following an auto accident, along with family chiropractic care. Every patient is evaluated individually, since similar symptoms can have different causes, and recommendations follow the examination findings, activity level and personal goals rather than placing everyone on the same long-term plan. X-rays are not automatically required before care begins. Alongside chiropractic adjustments, the clinic provides massage therapy and targeted physical therapy to help patients recover faster and regain strength and mobility. Appointments can be requested online or by phone, and messages sent through the contact form are answered within 24 hours.

FAQs
Where is Champion Chiropractic located?
The office is at 9768 W. Sample Rd., Coral Springs, FL 33065. You can reach it at (954) 228-4635 or by email at DrD@championchiropractic.com.
What should I expect at my first appointment?
A first visit typically covers your symptoms and health history, a physical examination, and recommendations based on the findings. Dr. Fronzaglia also considers your lifestyle, activity level, previous injuries and specific concerns before recommending an individualized approach to care.
What conditions do you treat?
The office cares for musculoskeletal concerns including lower back pain, neck pain, headaches and migraines, shoulder and knee pain, poor posture, herniated discs, sports-related injuries and injuries associated with auto accidents.
Do I need X-rays before receiving care?
No. X-rays are not automatically required. Whether imaging is appropriate depends on your symptoms, health history, examination findings, age and the circumstances of an injury, and Dr. Fronzaglia will discuss it with you first if he believes imaging or evaluation by another healthcare professional would be appropriate.
How many visits will I need?
It depends on your condition, how long the symptoms have been present, the severity of any injury, your activity level and how you respond to treatment. There is no single schedule that suits everyone, and recommendations are made patient by patient.
Do I need to be an athlete to be seen for a sports injury?
No. Care for sports-related injuries can benefit competitive athletes, recreational athletes, weekend warriors and active adults dealing with pain, stiffness or restricted movement.
Should I see a chiropractor after a car accident?
A chiropractic evaluation may be appropriate if you have neck pain, back pain, stiffness, restricted movement or headaches, and some symptoms are not obvious right after a collision. Florida law generally requires initial medical care within 14 days of a motor vehicle accident to qualify for Personal Injury Protection benefits.
Do I need a referral to see a chiropractor in Florida?
In most cases patients can contact a chiropractor directly without a referral from another provider. Insurance plans may have their own requirements, so it is worth verifying your individual plan, and the office can answer questions about scheduling and available payment or insurance options.
