Technicians work with OEM parts and fluids and with manufacturer-specific diagnostic tools and software, the same technology used by dealerships, which is how the shop diagnoses accurately and keeps repairs warranty compliant. Services run from oil and filter changes, fuel filter replacement, transmission services, differential service, brake fluid flushes and coolant flushes to alignment for 2WD and 4WD, AC service and replacement, brake pad replacement, strut assembly and wheel bearing replacement, fuel pump, ball joint, oxygen sensor and throttle body replacement, tires with mounting and balancing, timing belt or chain replacement, serpentine and drive belt replacement, engine and transmission mount replacement, radiator, water pump, thermostat and hose replacement, ignition coils and spark plugs, battery, alternator and starter checks, CV axle and shaft assembly replacement, and air and cabin filter replacement. The shop is newly rebuilt with more than 10,000 square feet of workspace and a 2,500 square foot showroom and waiting area stocked with coffee, snacks and comfortable couches, and it runs its own personalized Jettas as loaner cars, arranging a loaner through Enterprise or Uber when the Jettas are busy. Services
Oil change and fluid exchange
Full synthetic oil and OEM oil filter replacement for European cars, with all fluid level checks and corrections, a safety inspection and a maintenance light and counter reset. Fluid exchange work also covers brake fluid flushes, coolant flushes, differential service and transmission services, and the shop uses only approved fluids that meet strict manufacturer standards.
Check engine light diagnostics
A Euro Level One Diagnostic is a free computer scan and physical review by an ASE Certified mechanic. Technicians use manufacturer-specific diagnostic tools and software, the same technology used by dealerships, then provide a detailed report and a transparent itemized estimate before any repair begins. If parts removal is required that becomes a level two diagnostic at extra cost, and the shop discusses it with you first.
Brake repair and service
Brake pad replacement and brake fluid flushes for BMW, Mercedes, Audi, Porsche, Land Rover, Volkswagen and other European vehicles, using OEM parts and fluids sourced by the shop.
Steering and suspension service
Strut assembly replacement, ball joint replacement, wheel bearing replacement and full steering and suspension service, paired with 2WD and 4WD wheel alignment so the car tracks correctly after the work is done.
