ENDRO West Palm Beach is a movement clinic at 5801 S Dixie Hwy that describes itself as a modern movement clinic built around how the body moves, adapts, and performs. Rather than positioning itself as a traditional chiropractic or physical therapy office, ENDRO combines chiropractic care with physiotherapy based care and advanced sports medicine technology in what it calls a three system approach: Restore, which uses hands on care and targeted interventions to improve joint motion, tissue quality, and control; Rebuild, which uses corrective exercise and progressive strengthening to rebuild movement patterns and build resilience; and Perform, which sets long term strategies to reduce setbacks between training blocks and everyday life. Every patient begins with the Foundation Session, a 60 minute visit priced at $199 that covers a full body movement and orthopedic assessment, a hands on clinical examination, functional strength and mobility testing, treatment on that first visit rather than a consultation only, and a clear plan for what comes next. Follow up sessions run 30 minutes at $160 or 60 minutes at $250 and adapt to how the patient is moving that day. When clinically indicated the clinic applies MSK diagnostic ultrasound, focused and RPW shockwave therapy, Class IV laser, and spinal decompression, and it notes that its ultrasound imaging is real time, requires no referral, and involves no radiation. ENDRO operates on a direct care model so clinicians can spend more time on assessment, individualized treatment, and measurable progress instead of working to insurance restrictions, and it accepts HSA, FSA, CareCredit, cash, credit cards, and debit cards. Memberships are available for patients who want ongoing progression and priority access to treatment. The clinic works with athletes and active adults, runners, lifters, hybrid athletes, and professionals balancing training, work, and life, and it also treats patients recovering from car accidents. Founders Dr. Aba Boutros and Dr. Julia Boutros lead a team that includes Dr. Taylor Robinson, certified in Webster technique and acupuncture, Dr. Phillip Hatjopoulos, and Dr. Pedro Ferrari, who is certified in MSK Sonography through the Kinetic Sono Institute.
